You will collaborate closely with local developers, consultants, and internal project teams, ensuring architectural intent is maintained while meeting program, cost, and construction requirements. The Role
In this role, you will:
- Lead the early design and planning phases, including massing studies, feasibility assessments, and concept development
- Coordinate design across architects, engineers, and consultants to produce integrated, buildable solutions
- Manage services coordination and clash detection to support smooth construction
- Advise project teams on design risks, opportunities, and commercial impacts
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including developers and consultants
- Ensure that design outcomes are practical, compliant, and aligned with construction programs and budgets
The Like Mind
You will have:
- Senior Architect or Associate-level experience on mid-to-large commercial or multi-residential projects
- Proven experience managing planning phases, design coordination, and services integration
- Strong understanding of how design decisions impact buildability, cost, and program
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, able to bridge design and delivery
