This national Architecture studio is looking to expand their Senior Adelaide team. This exciting opportunity to join a reputable company across known projects across the health, educational, research, institutional and aged care sectors. We are excited to be partnering with them to find a key Senior Architect/ Associate to implement mentorship, drive, and lead some of the most highly regarded projects here in South Australia. The Role
As the newest member of the leadership team, you will be working with Directors, Principals, and the wider team to take the lead on projects whilst being a mentor to junior staff. As a Senior Architect/ Associate, you will be hands-on in your approach to managing projects and the team from concept to delivery – including design, stakeholder management and client liaison. Offering variety and challenges, you will be empowered to take ownership of the design process and outcome on some of South Australia’s most exciting upcoming projects! This is a great opportunity for a motivated and talented Senior Architect to create impact and change whilst building long term relationships with the opportunity to move into Associate in the future.
The Like Mind
We are ideally looking for a Registered Architect with 10+ years of proven industry experience working on commercial projects. As this is a leadership role, someone who thrives as a mentor and is approachable, passionate, and knowledgeable will be perfect for this opportunity. You will be an adept communicator able to create visualised clarity for diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in Revit is a must, as you will be hands-on while mentoring junior staff and drafters. Above all, you will have a passion for the built environment, an open technical approach, and an inquisitive mindset!
