We are thrilled to be partnering with a leading architecture studio to engage a Senior Architect/Project Lead to join their Adelaide team. With a diverse portfolio, you will have the opportunity to work across various design project types and sectors, including commercial, hospitality, multi-residential, education, health, and retail sectors. Working and collaborating with Directors, you will implement mentorship, drive and lead some exciting and diverse projects. As they continue to foster an authentic studio culture, this studio offers flexible working arrangements for their team and provides support and ongoing development opportunities.
The Role:
In this client facing role, you will use your excellent communication skills to lead a team and drive a positive and collaborative environment. You will have the responsibility to take control of the design process and ensure design objectives are being met. With a strong passion for design and a keen attention to detail, you will bring your strong technical knowledge and possess the ability to integrate this and lead a team. To excel in this role, you will have project management and site experience and a drive to collaborate with different stakeholders.
The Like Mind
To succeed in this role, you must have past experience as a Project Leader/Senior Architect on a variety of projects. You will be a Registered Architect with experience using Revit software, and becuase this is a client-facing role, you must have excellent communication skills and the ability to form strong working connections. This studio has an impressive reputation and a long list of repeat clients, so your ability to build strong working connections with clients and provide high-quality service will help you thrive in this role.
