The role
Reporting to the National Team Leader of Transport, you will manage the delivery of a variety of large scale, high-profile transport projects. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
To be successful in this position, you will have the relevant tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering and demonstrated senior level experience, delivering transport projects. You will have high-level software skills and be able to manage a team towards success and meet the required project workloads and requirements. Your natural leadership and strong communication skills will assist you in developing key relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members. You will have excellent project management skills and be passionate about mentoring others. Overall, we are seeking a professional who is passionate about building and maintaining positive relationships and contribute to overall business growth of this progressive and collaborative consultancy.

The role

- Manage the design and delivery of a variety of multi-disciplinary projects from proposal through to construction
- Work independently, being able to supervise engineering outcomes and the selection of appropriate techniques, procedures, and methods
- Identify constraints, build-ability issues and opportunities with current projects
- Work in or coordinating multi-disciplinary design team/s with responsibility for design delivery requirements including technical outcomes, budgets, and timeliness in accordance with our and our clients’ expectations.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and other engineers
