With the acquisition one of South Australia’s largest master planned community developments, the team are looking to bring on a Senior Development Manager who will take the lead on this development.
The Role
Senior Development Manager, you will take responsibility for development management, design, and construction functions of key strategic residential, commercial and retail development projects. All general responsibilities and capabilities are to be executed in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner, with a particular focus on contributing to and supporting the office development business plan. Key responsibilities will include stakeholder management, commercial management, delivery of design and construction, feasibility and finance management and quality and programme management are all integral to your role. Further to project-based activities, you will represent and promote this organisations brand in the local South Australian market.
The Like Mind
Extensive experience in property, development and project management within SA is a must, as well as tertiary qualifications in Building, Engineering, Economics or similar will ensure your success in this role. You will be an exceptional communicator, easily building strong relationships at all levels and have a solid network of contacts. You must always be professional, thorough, efficient, and confident. Naturally, you will have great attention to detail and a strong desire and drive to deliver high quality developments. This role will see you showcase your determination and ambition to drive multiple projects through the full project lifecycle.
