The Role
As Senior Development Manager you will drive and deliver all key projects across our state. Your roles and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Lead the development, design, and construction management of key strategic projects
- Cultivate and sustain strategic external partnerships
- Foster strong rapport with internal stakeholders
- Manage commercial aspects effectively
- Ensure efficient delivery of design and construction phases
- Oversee feasibility assessments, financial management, quality control, and program scheduling
- Drive the growth and reputation of the company brand
- Guide the complete development journey from acquisition to successful delivery
To succeed in this role you will demonstrate the following;
- Built form development experience required, along with tertiary qualifications in Building, Engineering, Economics, or similar
- Minimum 5-7 years project development and delivery experience
- Exceptional communication, adept at building strong relationships and possessing a solid industry network
- Commitment to fostering a collaborative team environment and being a workplace provider of choice.
- Professionalism, efficiency, confidence, and a sense of humor essential
- Flexibility to meet position requirements is a must
