We are partnering with a global engineering consultancy, as they look to engage a Senior Electrical Engineer to join their Adelaide team. This consultancy has developed their reputation nationally, for delivering large-scale projects that push the boundaries and exceed client expectations. The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to progress their career for the long-term, within a consultancy that holds a strong reputation both in the South Australian marketplace and globally. In this senior leadership role, you will oversee a team of dedicated electrical engineers and drafters, while working to deliver high quality and complex projects to tight deadlines. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Create key industry relationships to continue business development, recognising growth opportunities
Support and offer guidance to Project Engineers, Engineers, and Graduate Engineers
Provide technical guidance, manage finance and portfolio of projects
Design, documentation, and superintendence including project review
Liaison with client and consultant team
Reporting, contract administration and quality audits
The Like Mind
To be considered for this role, you will have 7+ years of experience as an Electrical Engineer working within the building services industry. You will possess a bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering and have a sound knowledge and understanding of the Building Code of Australia and relevant Australian standards. You will have previous experience in leading a team, and have excellent communications skills, allowing you to manage stakeholder expectations through project delivery.
