We are excited to be partnering with an engineering consultancy that are known for their impressive project portfolio and a strong presence in the local market, to secure their newest Senior Electrical Engineer. This consultancy has built a presence both locally and nationally for their industry leading knowledge and high level of client service. Delivering projects across several major sectors, this organisation can offer exposure across projects within defence, health, education, aged care, retail, and commercial.
The Role
Overseeing multiple projects working with the electrical team while delivering high quality and complex projects in a timely manner. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
The ideal candidate
This role would suit a seasoned engineer with 5+ years of experience with a Bachelor degree of Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline. Have proficient understanding of and ability to apply sustainable and cost-effective design principles to discipline engineering solutions. You will be self-sufficient and proactive and will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills to contribute to a team environment. Working knowledge of relevant software is necessary to be considered. Australian citizenship will be required as you will be working across defence projects.

The Role
Overseeing multiple projects working with the electrical team while delivering high quality and complex projects in a timely manner. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Establish and maintain key industry relationships to continue business development, recognising growth opportunities
- Mentor and offer technical guidance to Engineers, and Graduate Engineers
- Be responsible for the electrical design and documentation of high quality and complex projects
- Provide input to the construction phase by attending meetings and conducting site inspections
- Liaise with clients, architects, and other design team members to achieve the highest quality design
- Develop your skills set and personal brand with an internationally recognised organisation
