The role
This role will see you work closely with Project Managers and site teams to drive project coordination and delivery from start to finish. You’ll be involved in every stage of the project life cycle — from early procurement and planning through to handover. Your ability to build relationships and keep things moving behind the scenes will be key to your success.
 
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting project delivery across builds up to $50M.
  • Coordinating consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
  • Monitoring project schedules, budgets and progress reporting.
  • Managing documentation, compliance and QA processes.
  • Assisting with procurement and contract admin functions.
  • Maintaining strong communication with stakeholders across the board.
The ideal candidate
We’re looking for someone who has 3+ years’ experience in a Project Coordinator or Contract Administration role within the local commercial construction industry. You’ll have supported projects upward of $10M and be confident working across multiple project phases.
 
You will bring:
  • A degree in Construction Management or equivalent.
  • A strong understanding of the construction lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation processes.
  • The confidence to lead meetings and drive tasks independently.
