The Role
As Senior Project Coordinator, you will co-lead large-scale commercial projects from concept to completion. Your responsibilities will include coordinating contractors, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with contract specifications, and driving quality outcomes.

We are looking for a Senior Project Coordinator who brings:
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Building, Quantity Surveying, or similar.
- 5+ years’ experience on commercial projects valued over $15 million.
- Hands-on experience with tendering, procurement, and trade package management.
- Strong financial acumen and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of construction legislation and codes (Building Code of Australia, Security of Payments Act, WHS).
- Familiarity with digital construction platforms like Procore, Hammertech, or Estimate One.
- A collaborative, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to solving complex project challenges.
