They are looking for a visionary leader with experience managing complex construction projects in a variety of sectors, including education, commercial, industrial, and hotel, with project values ranging from $20 million to $300 million. You will play a key role in bringing high-profile, multi-million-dollar buildings from idea to completion. The Role
The Senior Project Coordinator will act as the primary point of contact for various working groups, liaising between clients, architects, engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met. Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
  • Consistent and accurate assistance with the full project management lifecycle
  • Supporting the coordination of planning and design stages
  • Management of project scope definitions and coordination of design development
  • Tender management with a strong focus on contracts administration
  • Coordinating meetings with subcontractors, consultants and clients
  • Liaising with clients and project stakeholders
  • Promoting and upholding a safe and WHS-compliant workplace
 
The Like Mind
This role requires a degree in construction management or equivalent. You will demonstrate commercial building knowledge and consistent advancement throughout your career as a Contract Administrator, Project Coordinator, Design Coordinator, or Site Engineer will be highly valued. Our client is looking for someone who is technically minded, commercially astute, has a natural ability to detect design difficulties, and is driven to succeed.
