We are looking for a visionary leader who has experience managing complex construction projects in a variety of sectors including education, commercial, industrial, and hotel, with project values ranging from $20M to $300M. You will play a key role in bringing high-profile, multi-million-dollar buildings from inception right through to completion. The Role
This is a significant opportunity to build on your existing expertise, to successfully deliver projects valued over $20M. Within this role, you will:
  • Manage projects from conception to delivery, ensuring that projects are completed in line with budgets and schedules
  • Maintain ongoing communication with key stakeholders
  • Coordinate with internal and external consultant teams and stakeholders
  • Manage, monitor and report on project budget, risks, milestones, and records management 
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and consultants
  
The Like Mind
To be successful in this role you will have relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar, together with 10+ years of Project Management experience where you have delivered commercial projects up to $20M. Experience delivering industrial projects will be highly regarded as will exceptional communication, organisation, and time management skills
  
Ultimately, you will be an ambitious professional who is eager to expand on your project management experience through a diverse project pipeline. Demonstrated experience across contracts administration will also be highly regarded.
