The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee complex civil construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to manage project teams, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, time, and budget. You are a seasoned civil construction professional with a proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure projects. - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in civil construction, with at least 5 years in a senior project management role.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering projects valued over $10 million.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and construction processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
