You will be working directly with the company’s Directors, which means quick decisions, less red tape, and the freedom to take real ownership of your projects. This is a role where your judgment, initiative, and ability to think on your feet are genuinely valued, especially as you take the lead on major builds ranging from $10M to $40M.
You are not new to this. You have delivered complex projects before, and you know what it takes to get them over the line, from early design coordination through to handover. Your Role
As Senior Project Manager, you will take responsibility for delivering high-profile builds, ensuring outcomes are met across design, time, cost, and quality. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to keep things moving smoothly.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the entire project lifecycle – from early pre-construction planning through to completion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Coordinate with design and delivery teams to ensure alignment across all project stages
- Oversee cost control, programme management, and quality assurance
- Ensure clear, consistent communication with stakeholders and project teams
- Lead project meetings and reporting to keep all parties informed and accountable
We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager with:
- At least 3+ years in a PM role with proven experience delivering commercial builds from $5M
- Exposure to projects over $10M, ideally with full responsibility across design and delivery
- Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
- A collaborative, pragmatic mindset and the ability to keep teams focused and on track
- Confidence managing multiple stakeholders and navigating project complexity
