As a specialist across apartments, educational facilities, hospitality and fit outs, the team have a versatile project capability and are now looking to engage a Senior Project Manager. This role would suit an experienced Project manager who is looking to take the next step in their career, or alternatively, a Senior Project manager who is looking to transition into a highly sought after and trusted Tier 2/3 commercial builder in the industry, offering flexibility, trust and a family orientated environment.
The Role
Working closely with the Senior Management Team, this leadership role will provide you with the opportunity to significantly impact the growth strategy of the business. You will effectively manage Projects, whilst building strategic external relationships with clients and project partners. Your in-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, and ability to analyse and interpret drawings will see you play a key role in the early stages of Design & Construct, Early Contractor Involvement and Managing Contractor projects. As a leader within the business, you deliver strong results with your team through mentoring, guidance and driving key outcomes.
