Key Responsibilities:
- Strengthen and grow the consultancy's presence in South Australia
- Build on existing client relationships and drive new business across private and public sectors
- Oversee project delivery across the full lifecycle, from business case and feasibility through to construction and completion
- Provide strategic leadership across operations, team culture, and overall business performance
- Represent the organisation's brand and values in the market
- Identify emerging market opportunities and contribute to national growth strategies
- Support the identification, acquisition, and delivery of the consultancy's own development opportunities
We are seeking a commercially minded and entrepreneurial project manager with strong local knowledge and networks within the Adelaide property and construction sectors. You will bring:
- Proven experience in client-side project management.
- The capability and drive to grow the revenue pipeline and expand the business
- A successful track record leading teams and delivering complex, high-value projects
- Strong understanding of the South Australian market and its key players
- This role will suit a Senior Project Manager ready to step into a Project Director leadership role.
