The Role
As Senior Project Manager, you will oversee commercial construction projects from a mid-tier construction company, delivering projects valued between $20M and $ 100M+, and ensuring projects are produced safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

- This is a senior leadership position with real influence across strategy, stakeholders and team development.
About You
You are an experienced construction professional who has successfully delivered large commercial projects and understands how to manage complex builds and multiple stakeholders.
You will bring:
- Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects valued at $50M+
- A strong background in project leadership within the commercial construction sector
- Solid understanding of programme management, procurement, and contracts
- The ability to lead teams and build strong relationships across projects
