ROUSSOS is partnering with one of Australia’s leading Tier 1 commercial contractors; this builder has contributed to landmark projects across multiple sectors including commercial, defence, high-rise residential, aged care, public infrastructure, airports, and marine works. In this hands-on role as a Senior Site Manager, you will take the lead in the delivery of high-profile projects and mentor highly capable teams.

The role
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, your responsibilities will include but aren’t limited to:
- Lead and provide mentorship the entire site team
- Ensure implementation of OH&S standards and procedures onsite
- Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors
- Assess deliverables against set construction program
- Coordination of site logistics, materials, and resource allocation
- Ensure a high level of communication and teamwork through direct communications and site meetings
To be considered for the position, you will have relevant tertiary qualifications, proven construction delivery experience in the Australian market, working as a Site Manager across commercial, defence and/or industrial sectors. Effective communication skills are essential, the role will involve liaising regularly with the Construction Manager, and the coordination/direction of subcontractors. You will be a natural leader, who is driven, collaborative and determined to always deliver and outperform client expectations.
