Known for delivering high-quality builds across South Australia, this division focuses on impactful projects within the community, government, and industrial sectors. With a proven track record and a strong pipeline ahead, they deliver projects typically valued between $5M and $25M — with a clear emphasis on quality outcomes, stakeholder collaboration, and delivery excellence.
The Role
As Senior Site Manager, you will take full ownership of the site delivery process — from early works through to completion. You will work closely with a dedicated Project Manager and play a hands-on role in driving progress, safety, quality, and program on-site. This is more than just a site role though — it is an opportunity to help shape a growing division and be part of a business that values long-term relationships, quality delivery, and building a strong internal culture.

- Leading short-term programs and look-ahead schedules
- Supervising subcontractors and ensuring alignment with project milestones
- Upholding WHS, environmental, and quality compliance
- Supporting junior team members and fostering team capability
- Collaborating with consultants, clients, and internal stakeholders
