The Role
As a Senior Site Manager, you will:
To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record of delivering commercial or industrial projects valued around or above $30M. Your strong leadership and communication skills will enable you to effectively manage large teams and navigate complex site operations.
Ideally, you will bring a trade background, preferably in carpentry and possess a solid understanding of construction sequencing and documentation. You will be proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to build trust and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement will be essential to thrive in this senior leadership position.
