The Role
In your role as Senior Site Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to;
To be considered for the position, you should have proven delivery experience in the Australian market and a minimum of 4 years' working experience in a similar role. You possess clear leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to effectively lead teams, delegate tasks, and make informed decisions. You exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members alike. Additionally, the candidate should bring strong stakeholder management capabilities to the role, adept at developing and maintaining relationships crucial to project success. Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills are further assets.

The Role
In your role as Senior Site Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to;
- Oversee daily onsite activities
- Collaborating closely with Project Managers
- Supervise and direct onsite operation
- Plan, manage, coordinate and track build progress in collaboration with the construction support team
- Lead site audits, client meetings, approvals, safety inspections, and other necessary activities base on timeline
- Ensure that workers always adhere to company safety policies and procedures
