The role
Reporting directly to the Director of Structures, you will be involved in a diverse range of structural engineering projects. Your key responsibilities will encompass, but are not limited to:
For consideration in this role, you should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering and possess over 6 years of experience in the local industry. A working knowledge of relevant software is crucial, along with experience using Australian Standards for concrete, steel, and timber design. Your ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and coordinate to prevent conflicts is essential. As a leader, it is vital that you articulate your ideas, encourage feedback, and dedicate time to listen and mentor Junior Structural Engineers.
