Based in Adelaide, we’re a boutique agency specialising in white-collar recruitment across South Australia's construction, civil infrastructure, engineering, property, and architecture industries. We’re looking for a driven and people-focused Senior Talent Partner to join our high-performing team.

In this role, you'll play a key part in identifying and engaging top-tier talent. Working closely with the wider recruitment team, your focus will be on candidate care and delivery across a range of disciplines. You’ll build strong relationships, get to know people’s career goals, and guide them through the process from first contact to placement — and beyond.


 
What you'll do:

Your day-to-day will be fast paced and dynamic. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Sourcing candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Seek, our internal database and networks.
  • Conducting screening calls and interviews to assess candidate fit across technical and cultural aspects.
  • Building and managing an active pipeline of qualified talent ready for new opportunities.
  • Collaborating with consultants to understand client needs and ensure alignment between candidate and roles.
  • Supporting candidates with market insights, interview prep and clear communication throughout the process.
  • Assisting with recruitment marketing and brand-building campaigns to boost reach and engagement.

What we’re looking for:

We’re after someone with energy, professionalism and genuine interest in the recruitment industry. Ideally, you will bring:

  • Prior experience in recruitment, resourcing or internal talent acquisition.
  • An understanding of, or interest in the construction, civil infrastructure, engineering, property and/or architecture industries.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — both written and verbal.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and strong time management skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and confidence using recruitment platforms / software will be highly regarded.
  • A genuine passion for candidate experience and relationship building.
