What you'll do:
Your day-to-day will be fast paced and dynamic. You’ll be responsible for:
- Sourcing candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Seek, our internal database and networks.
- Conducting screening calls and interviews to assess candidate fit across technical and cultural aspects.
- Building and managing an active pipeline of qualified talent ready for new opportunities.
- Collaborating with consultants to understand client needs and ensure alignment between candidate and roles.
- Supporting candidates with market insights, interview prep and clear communication throughout the process.
- Assisting with recruitment marketing and brand-building campaigns to boost reach and engagement.
What we’re looking for:
We’re after someone with energy, professionalism and genuine interest in the recruitment industry. Ideally, you will bring:
- Prior experience in recruitment, resourcing or internal talent acquisition.
- An understanding of, or interest in the construction, civil infrastructure, engineering, property and/or architecture industries.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — both written and verbal.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and strong time management skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and confidence using recruitment platforms / software will be highly regarded.
- A genuine passion for candidate experience and relationship building.
