As the Site Architect, you will lead the architectural delivery of multiple high-end developments from early design stages through to construction. Working closely with directors, consultants, and contractors, you will ensure design integrity, buildability, and quality outcomes are achieved at every stage.
You will also play a key role in guiding a small team, contributing to project strategy, and supporting marketing and sales efforts through design insight and presentation material.

The Opportunity

You will also play a key role in guiding a small team, contributing to project strategy, and supporting marketing and sales efforts through design insight and presentation material.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading project documentation, coordination, and delivery from concept to completion
- Managing and communicating across multiple parties - clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities
- Maintaining design intent through technical detailing and on-site involvement
- Overseeing project resourcing, program, and quality standards
- Providing mentorship and direction to a small, capable architectural team
- Contributing to sales and marketing initiatives from a design perspective
You are a confident, solutions-focused professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys balancing design excellence with commercial pragmatism. You're equally comfortable leading meetings with clients as you are rolling up your sleeves and resolving detail on a drawing.
You will bring:
- Registration as an Architect (or eligibility for registration)
- 10+ years' experience, ideally across high-end residential and mixed-use developments
- Strong technical and documentation capability (Revit preferred)
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across consultants and contractors
- Proven ability to lead a small team and manage multiple concurrent projects
- A passion for design quality, craftsmanship, and delivery excellence
