The Role
We’re looking for a capable, confident Site Manager to take ownership of site operations on a range of upcoming commercial projects across Adelaide. You will manage the build from start to finish, ensuring things run smoothly, safely, and to a high standard.

The Role
We’re looking for a capable, confident Site Manager to take ownership of site operations on a range of upcoming commercial projects across Adelaide. You will manage the build from start to finish, ensuring things run smoothly, safely, and to a high standard.
Your day-to-day will involve:
- Running a well-organised and clean site from early works to handover
- Coordinating subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
- Managing daily site operations, safety, and schedules
- Working closely with the PM and CA to stay on top of costs and progress
- Setting the standard for safety, quality, and site culture
You’re a hands-on operator with experience managing commercial projects up to $20M. You can juggle competing priorities, adapt quickly, and make the call when it counts.
Ideally, you will bring:
- 5+ years' experience as a Site Manager on builds over $15M
- Strong understanding of South Australian construction practices and codes
- Solid trade background or formal qualifications in building/construction
- Excellent communication skills—you keep people accountable and motivated
- A high standard of site safety, detail, and delivery
