The Opportunity

Join a leading South Australian developer/builder with over 20 years of experience delivering exceptional residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Known for high-value builds with a focus on quality, certainty, and client satisfaction, the company prides itself on an inclusive culture and collaborative teams.

Starting in early 2026, two exciting projects valued between $4M and $5.5M are set to commence, and this company is seeking two experienced Site Managers, one to oversee a modern childcare/educational facility and the other to manage a premium townhouse development.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will report directly to the Director and be responsible for:
  • Leading high-value projects as the on-site Site Manager.
  • Coordinating with clients, trades, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Overseeing project documentation, site compliance, and safety protocols.
  • Proactively tackling challenges and keeping multiple sites running smoothly.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
The Like Mind

We are looking for a Site Manager who has:
  • Proven experience managing commercial and residential projects, ideally up to $5–10M+.
  • Relevant trade qualifications and hands-on knowledge of construction processes.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
  • Highly organised, autonomous, and results-driven, with a focus on delivering excellence.
