As a specialist across apartments, educational facilities, hospitality and fit outs, the team have a versatile project capability and are now looking to engage a Site Manager. This role would suit an experienced Site Manager who is looking to transition into a highly sought after and trusted Tier 2/3 commercial builder in the industry, offering flexibility, trust and a family orientated environment.
The Role:
As you take the lead on commercial projects up to $20M, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Lead and provide mentorship the entire site team
- Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors
- Ensure the teams work together to deliver quality work to strict deadlines
- Liaise closely with clients and internal departments
- Processing paperwork and travelling to multiple sites as required
- Identify and promptly solve issues as they arise
This role would suit a Site Manager who has experience delivering commercial projects $5M+ and a natural ability to coordinate diverse project teams and contractors. You will have a sound understanding of project drawing and specifications, along with knowledge of building construction works and sequencing of activities. Your strong communication skills will assist you in liaising with various personalities, from trades to subcontractors and clients. For the right individual, this role will develop into a Senior Site Manager role, so we would love to hear from someone who is ambitious.
