Operating in the construction industry for over 30 years, this SA commercial builder is looking for their newest Site Manager to join their team. This builder is recognised for their genuine commitment to training and supporting their staff which has led to lengthy tenures in the company. This tight knit team specialises in the delivery of large and small projects for both private and public sector organisations. Their diverse range of commercial projects and upcoming pipeline will ensure that you will always receive exposure to new projects where you will continually broaden your skills and experience. This is a great opportunity for a Site Manager to join this family orientated business and hit the ground running on a $2M commercial project.
The Role
As a Site Manager, you will need to be a confident communicator with the ability to develop long-lasting and effective relationships with clients, subcontractors, and trades.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Ideally, you will have a trade background and previous experience on commercial projects up to $1M. This opportunity would suit someone who is ready and eager to join a highly respected builder within SA and work on a diverse portfolio of projects. The Role

- Work with the site team in managing the day-to-day activity of subcontractors and site labour to the project plan and project documentation
- Coordination of site logistics, material delivery and resource allocation
- Ensure a high level of communication and teamwork through direct communications and on-site meetings.
- Consistently achieve and assist sub-contractors in their obligations to meet a high quality of workmanship
- Implement and maintain OH&S standards and procedures onsite
