Underpinned by decades of successful operations nationally, this Tier 2 contractor is looking to engage a Site Manager as a result of an exciting pipeline of projects in the Adelaide market. Known for delivering new build, fit-out and heavy refurbishment projects their current project pipeline includes a variety of projects in the medical, hospitality and corporate sectors. This contractor has been awarded for both exceptional project outcomes as well as fostering a positive working environment.
The Role
As the Site Manager, you will manage the daily operations on-site and ensure all projects are completed to the highest possible standard. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Lead and support the site team
- Ensure timely delivery of projects
- Manage and coordinate trade contractor works
- Monitoring safety requirements on-site
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and contractors
- Ability to assess productively of deliverables against set construction program
This role is best suited to an experienced Site Manager with experience delivering commercial construction projects valued up to $5M across a variety of different sectors. You will have a solid understanding of building construction works and be committed to leading an environment of safety and productivity. You will also have strong management capabilities and possess excellent time management and communication skills. Furthermore, you will have a passion for innovation and improvement, consistently ensuring the high quality delivery of projects.
