With over 30 years in the construction industry, this South Australian builder is known for innovation, delivering excellent results, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They're currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee projects in commercial, education, government, aged-care, and recreation sectors, valued up to $3M. This role is perfect for a motivated Site Manager with aspirations to move into Construction Management. There's also a chance for equity or ownership through succession planning.  
 
The role
As a Site Manager, effective communication and relationship-building skills are crucial. Responsibilities include overseeing subcontractors, site labor, coordinating logistics, material deliveries, and resource allocation. Maintaining a high level of communication and teamwork, ensuring quality workmanship, and implementing and upholding on-site occupational health and safety standards are vital aspects of the role.  
 
The ideal candidate
Success in this role requires a trade background and previous experience managing commercial projects up to $3M.
