They're currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee projects in commercial, education, government, aged-care, and recreation sectors, valued up to $3M. This role is perfect for a motivated Site Manager with aspirations to move into Construction Management. There's also a chance for equity or ownership through succession planning.
The role
As a Site Manager, effective communication and relationship-building skills are crucial. Responsibilities include overseeing subcontractors, site labor, coordinating logistics, material deliveries, and resource allocation. Maintaining a high level of communication and teamwork, ensuring quality workmanship, and implementing and upholding on-site occupational health and safety standards are vital aspects of the role.
