The Role
As a Site Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day‑to‑day delivery of projects typically between $5M - $30M, leading sites from establishment through to completion. You’ll coordinate trades and subcontractors, manage on‑site activities, and ensure each project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality.
With experienced and supportive senior management behind you, you’ll be trusted to run your sites while having access to guidance when needed. This business is undergoing strategic growth, offering the opportunity to step into a key role and make a genuine impact as the business continues to expand.
Your responsibilities will include:

You’ll have a background in commercial construction, ideally across apartments, new builds, or fitout projects, with a solid understanding of site operations and sequencing.
