The Role
This is an outstanding opportunity for a commercially minded Site Manager who thrives on ownership and delivery. Some of your day to day responsibilities will be to:
You will be a Site Manager who aligns with the builder’s values, quality, accountability, and collaboration. Ideally, you will bring medium-to-high density apartment experience and a genuine passion for delivering new build projects.
A background in carpentry or a similar trade will be highly regarded, along with excellent communication skills, strong safety leadership, and the ability to build trusted relationships on site. The Role

- Take ownership of day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring programme milestones, quality standards, safety requirements, and budget expectations are consistently met
- Coordinate and build strong working relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders
- Provide hands‑on leadership across the site, overseeing trades, managing site logistics, and maintaining WHS compliance
- Drive productivity and problem‑solve proactively to keep the project moving efficiently
- Work within a highly supportive structure, backed by an experienced construction management team and an integrated developer arm to ensure streamlined processes and confident decision‑making throughout delivery
