The Opportunity

ROUSSOS Recruitment is partnering with a highly regarded national construction business to appoint a Site Manager for a 7 storey, $30 million apartment development. 

This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a multi level apartment build from early structural stages through to completion. With strong systems, national capability, and a design led mindset, this builder is known for delivering considered, high quality projects that contribute positively to the communities they sit within.

The Role

Reporting to an experienced Project Manager, you will lead all on site activity and drive performance across safety, quality, and programme.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing day to day site operations from structure through to finishes
- Coordinating trades, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Driving programme to ensure milestones are achieved
- Maintaining strict safety compliance and site standards
- Managing quality control across all stages of construction
- Overseeing site logistics and sequencing on a multi level build
- Liaising with consultants and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery

This is a hands on leadership role requiring strong coordination, forward planning, and the ability to maintain momentum on a complex vertical build.

The Like Mind

You are an experienced Site Manager who has delivered multi level residential or complex commercial projects and understands the sequencing and coordination required on vertical builds.

You will bring:
- 5-10 years as a Site Manager in commercial construction
- Experience delivering projects between $20M - $50M
- Strong structural and services coordination capability
- Proven ability to manage programme and subcontractors effectively
- A firm commitment to safety and quality
- Confident communication skills and a proactive leadership style
- Local experience and full Australian working rights
