The Role
This role suits a proactive Site Manager who enjoys ownership, problem‑solving, and delivering high‑quality built form. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the day‑to‑day delivery of architecturally designed townhouse and medium‑density projects
- Coordinating trades, consultants, and suppliers to maintain programme, quality, and cost control
- Drive safety standards across a productive site
- Ensuring finishes and detailing meet the design intent and client expectations
- Working with a developer builder means being collaborative with both the development and project management in order to streamline decision making and delivery
- You have around 3–5 years experience as a Site Manager delivering custom townhouses, medium‑density residential, or commercial new builds
- You are s Site Manager who values craftsmanship, accountability and you are a team player.
- you have local construction experience and an understanding of SA building codes, trades, and subcontractor networks
- Trade background highly regarded (carpentry or similar), with a hands‑on, solutions‑focused approach
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build respectful, high‑performing site teams
