The Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will lead the on-site delivery of this major apartment project. Your responsibilities will include:
- Steering day-to-day site operations across all phases of construction
- Coordinating contractors, trades and suppliers to keep the build moving smoothly
- Driving programme milestones and ensuring targets are met
- Promoting a positive safety culture and maintaining strong WHS standards
- Ensuring quality workmanship at every stage
- Managing site logistics, sequencing and coordination on a complex multilevel build
- Engaging with consultants and stakeholders with professionalism and clarity
You will have the autonomy to lead with confidence, supported by experienced peers who value quality outcomes and collaborative problem-solving.

- A proactive and organised approach to programme and subcontractor management
- A commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
- Local experience and full Australian working rights
