With a secure pipeline of bespoke developments and select commercial new builds, the business is now seeking a Site Manager to take ownership of upcoming projects, from early site establishment through to successful completion.

The Role
This position is ideal for a proactive Site Manager who thrives on ownership, problem‑solving, and delivering high‑quality built form. You will be responsible for:
- Leading day‑to‑day site delivery across architecturally designed townhouses and medium‑density builds
- Coordinating trades, consultants, and suppliers to maintain programme, quality, and cost control
- Championing WHSE requirements on site
- Driving best‑practice safety across a productive and organised work site
- Ensuring finishes and detailing reflect the design intent and exceed client expectations
- Collaborating seamlessly with in‑house development and project management teams to streamline decisions and ensure timely delivery
You will bring:
- 2–5 years’ experience as a Site Manager delivering high‑quality townhouses, medium‑density residential, or commercial new builds
- A commitment to craftsmanship, accountability, and being an active team contributor
- Good local knowledge of SA building codes, trades, and the subcontractor market
- A trade background (carpentry or similar) and a hands‑on, solutions‑focused approach
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build respectful, high‑performing site teams
