The opportunity

We are seeking two experienced Site Managers to join a high-performing commercial builder with a secured pipeline of ongoing work, particularly across Adelaide’s northern and western suburbs.

This is a business that’s growing rapidly, but more importantly, growing the right way, with strong leadership, quality systems, and long-standing relationships that make life on site easier.

The Role

Consistent pipeline of work in the northern and western suburbs
One of the fastest-growing commercial builders in SA
A leadership team that is supportive, experienced, and hands-on
Well-established systems that support delivery, not slow you down
Subcontractors who have partnered with the business for over 20 years
Strong safety-first culture across all sites
High volume of negotiated / single select projects

You will take full ownership of site operations, driving the programme, managing trades, and ensuring projects are delivered safely and to a high standard, backed by a team that knows what they’re doing.

Proven experience as a Site Manager in commercial construction
Strong leadership and ability to manage multiple trades
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
Commitment to safety, quality, and delivery
