The Role:
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all site operations, working closely with the Project Manager in charge of delivery. Your main duties include:
As an experienced professional, you will bring a track record of success on commercial projects ranging from $5M - $25M+. You will possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain quality relationships with clients, colleagues, and site personnel. - Managing site operations and ensuring HSEQ requirements are met
- Monitoring project progress and resourcing and ensuring all trades are coordinating
- Overseeing, coaching, and mentoring the Site team
- Ensure that the quality of work on-site is in compliance with relevant standards
- Issuing site instructions and correspondence to trade contractors and consultants
- Maintaining close communication with clients, subcontractors, and staff
