The Role
As the organisations newest Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing end to end project works, collaborating closely with the Project Manager on site. Your main duties include:
  • Take charge of site operations, ensuring compliance with HSEQ standards to uphold their commitment to safety and quality
  • Actively monitor project advancement, resource allocation and coordinate diverse trades, ensuring project milestones are met efficiently
  • Lead by example as you oversee and mentor the site team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Maintain focus on quality ensuring adherence to relevant standards and specifications
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, issuing clear site instructions to internal and external stakeholders, while fostering strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and staff
The Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you will be a seasoned construction professional with a proven track record in leading commercial projects ranging from $5M - $20M+. Tertiary qualifications in Construction, Engineering or a trade equivalent background will be required. Your ability to forge lasting relationships coupled with a passion for excellence will set you apart.
