The Role
This role will see you working on various construction sites, overseeing the key developments and housing projects, and ensuring your team are working efficiently.
You will be supervising a team of professionals to:
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Coordinate all trades, subcontractors, clients, and the community when required
- Organise project schedules and allocate resources
- Develop quality relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Be a proactive problem solver displaying resilience
- Exceed client expectations by going above and beyond
- Ensure site safety and a positive representation of company brand
The successful candidate will have prior experience in the residential construction industry, preferably within a similar role. You will have strong interpersonal skills, giving you the ability to build and maintain relationships with collages and clients. Excellent problem-solving skills will be key, in addition to a thorough understanding of building codes and relevant legislation.
