We are searching for an eager Site Manager to join an expanding team, securing more projects. Our client specialises in commercial new builds, refurbishments, and fit-outs across various sectors in Adelaide, including retail, health, education, hospitality, and aged care. Core values of this builder include fostering strong client relationships, upholding honesty and integrity, improving operational efficiencies, prioritising staff well-being and development, and supporting local sourcing when possible.
 
A longstanding member of the Master Builders for over three decades. This opportunity presents an opportunity for equity or ownership through succession planning.
 
The Role
As a Site Manager, you will need to be a confident communicator with the ability to develop long-lasting and effective relationships with clients, subcontractors, and trades.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to
  • Onsite carpentry and general building tasks
  • Overseeing subcontractors, site labour, logistics coordination, material deliveries, and resource allocation
  • Maintaining effective communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ensuring quality workmanship and upholding on-site occupational health and safety standards
  • Fostering teamwork and collaboration among site personnel
