With exciting upcoming commercial projects in the heart of the Adelaide CBD, this national commercial contractor is looking for an experienced Site Manager to use their strong technical capability to take the lead on this site. Operating for over 40 years across Australia, this team has completed multiple high-profile and challenging landmark projects across a range of sectors including commercial and residential high-rise, industrial, sporting, health, government, retail, and education. Relationships are extremely important to this business as they strive to ensure a collaborative work environment is maintained as a common goal while developing lasting relationships. If you are a motivated Site Manager who is looking to positively impact the delivery of this large-scale project and take a step up, we’d love to hear from you.
The Role
As you take the lead on a large-scale commercial build projects, you will:

To be successful, you will have experience working across commercial projects at $10M+, and bring relevant trade qualifications. You will have a sound understanding of project drawing and specifications, together with knowledge of building construction works and sequencing of activities. Your strong communication skills will assist you in liaising with various stakeholders, from trades to subcontractors and clients. Demonstrated capabilities in building long-term and effective relationships is key to ensure the smooth completion of projects.

The Role

- Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors
- Ensure teams work together to deliver quality work to strict deadlines
- Liaise closely with clients and internal departments
- Process paperwork and travel to multiple sites as required
- Identify and promptly resolve issues as they arise
