White card and trade qualifications are a must together with a positive and hardworking attitude. You will have exceptional communication skills and be able to maintain an open and professional standard of communication with project managers, contractors and clients. To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced Site Manager with sound knowledge of relevant construction practices, standards and OHS. Your previous experience working in South Australia's commercial construction market will be a big advantage. You should have a White card and trade qualifications together with a positive and hardworking attitude. Exceptional communication skills are a requirement, as is keeping an open and professional standard of communication with project managers, contractors and clients. The Role

- Work with the site team in managing day-to-day subcontractor activity and site labour to the project plan and project documentation
- Coordinate site logistics, material delivery and resource allocation
- Ensure project completion to time frames and within budget
- Maintain and promote WHS and manage effective resource allocation
- Apply your leadership to coordinate diverse project teams and contractors to ensure process efficiency
