We are looking for a Site Manager to work on a range of projects across the commercial, aged care, education, hospitality, and retail sectors. With more than 65 years of experience in the local market, this third-generation family-owned business has built a reputation in the industry for quality delivery of projects and a relationship-driven approach to their team and clients.
The Role
As Site Manager, you will draw on your industry knowledge and experience to deliver on a variety of upcoming projects valued at between $200k - $2M. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will:
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced Site Manager with sound knowledge of relevant construction practices. With 3+ years of demonstrated experience in standards and OHS, your history working in South Australia's commercial construction market will be a big advantage. You should have a White Card and trade qualifications together with a positive and hardworking attitude. Exceptional communication skills are a requirement, as is keeping an open and professional standard of communication with project managers, contractors and clients. The ability to adapt to any situation that arises is key to this role and you should have the drive to be an active member of a team working together to deliver outstanding results.

- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and staff
- Manage resources and time schedules
- Identify issues and promptly provide resolution
- Update, review, and approve documentation
- Promote a safety-based culture onsite
- Provide regular progress updates to clients and stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced Site Manager with sound knowledge of relevant construction practices.
