  • Consistent pipeline of secured work across metro and regional SA.
The Opportunity

A long-established and highly regarded South Australian Builder is seeking two experienced Site Managers to lead the delivery of upcoming commercial builds. With a strong pipeline of work and long-standing relationships in the industrial, retail, and commercial sectors, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a team that values quality, people, and professional development.

We’re hiring for two projects:
One Site Manager for a project based in Murray Bridge
One Site Manager for a project based in the Barossa region
Whether you're looking to work closer to home or ready to step up in your career, this is a chance to take full ownership of a project—and, upon its successful completion, continue contributing to a strong pipeline of exciting, ongoing work with a respected construction business.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Project Manager and Project Directors, you will take full control of your assigned site, ensuring safe, high-quality, and timely project delivery.

You will:
Manage day-to-day site operations and coordinate subcontractors
Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams
Oversee WHS compliance and ensure all safety protocols are followed
Drive the construction program to meet key project milestones
Solve issues on-site and maintain build quality
Keep clear communication flowing between stakeholders
Uphold a productive and respectful site culture
Ensure high standards of workmanship, safety, and compliance
Support your team where needed and lead from the front

The Like Mind

You’re an experienced site leader with a trade background and 2–6 years working on commercial or industrial projects valued at $3M+. You’ll bring a strong work ethic, practical mindset, and the ability to drive a job through to successful delivery.

You’re someone who thrives in a team environment, communicates well, and enjoys building quality projects you can be proud of. This is an opportunity to take ownership of your own site and be part of a builder that invests in its people and their future.
