Key responsibilities:
- Lead the on-site delivery of a boutique, detail‑focused luxury residential project.
- Maintain excellent safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Manage trades, subcontractors, and suppliers with precision.
- Uphold systems, reporting, and program milestones.
- Foster a cohesive, quality‑driven culture on site.
