ROUSSOS Recruitment is excited to be partnering with a national Tier 1 contractor seeking a Site Supervisor to join their Adelaide team. This contract specialises across the full spectrum, of building services ranging from design consultation, through to construction and project delivery.  This is an opportunity to work on projects across a diverse range of sectors such as health, defence, sports, education, residential, commercial, retail, and industrial.
  
This opportunity is led by a State Manager who has been with the organisation since graduation, known for fostering strong relationships and nurturing staff to reach their full potential. They currently have an immediate opening for a supervisor to work on well-recognised local projects, supported by a robust subcontractor base and experienced project teams. You’ll also collaborate with an experienced Construction Manager who brings a wealth of knowledge from their 20 years as a Site Manager and has delivered iconic projects.

The Role
As Site Supervisor your roles and responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
  • Ensure implementation of OH&S standards and procedures onsite
  • Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors
  • Assess deliverables against the set construction program
  • Coordinate site logistics, materials, and resource allocation
  • Ensure a high level of communication and teamwork through direct communications and site meetings 
The Like Mind
The successful candidate will hold;
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor in a Tier 2 capacity, Tier 1 experience will be highly regarded
  • Proven experience working on $20M - $50M builds
  • Trade or building qualifications
  • Proven ability to assist with scheduling and programming of site works
  • Natural leadership skills and capabilities
  • Sound knowledge of WHS&E policies and practices
