Our client is looking for a Site Supervisor to work on a range of projects across the commercial, aged care, education, hospitality, and retail sectors. With more than 65 years of experience in the local market, this third-generation family-owned business has built a reputation within the industry for their quality delivery of projects and their relationship driven approach.
The Role:
As Site Manager, you will draw on your industry knowledge and experience to deliver on a variety of upcoming projects valued at between $500k - $2M. This is an opportunity to grow and progress your career, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of different projects and develop your skills.

- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and staff
- Manage resources and time schedules
- Identify issues and promptly provide resolution
- Update, review, and approve documentation
- Promote a safety-based culture onsite
- Provide regular progress updates to clients and stakeholders

- Qualifications in carpentry or relevant trade equivalent.
- Passion for innovation and delivery of high-quality projects.
- Fantastic leadership skills, to facilitate your team's success.
- Excellent communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
- You will have the ability to adapt to any situation that arises is key to this role.
- You will also have great time management skills.
