The Role
ROUSSOS is proud to be partnering with a growing commercial construction team in Adelaide to support their continued expansion. As a Site Supervisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of crucial fit-out and small new-build projects, valued up to $5M, as the on-site leader who keeps everything running smoothly.
You’ll be responsible for coordinating and scheduling trades and subcontractors, managing on-site carpentry with a focus on quality workmanship, and championing safety through strict adherence to HSE standards.
Your role will also involve monitoring project timelines and budgets, reporting on progress, and solving problems as they arise to maintain efficient day-to-day operations.
