They have worked with a core group of long-term clients for years, building trust through consistency, relationships and pride in their work.
This is a traditional builder, not corporate, not high-volume with a close-knit team of 15–20 people and owners who remain actively involved in the business.
About the role
You will be responsible for supervising $2–5M projects, including several newly secured builds down south. The role suits a Site Supervisor who enjoys being present on site, working closely with trades and maintaining direct communication with clients.
This is not a role focused on large-scale ($20M+) projects or excessive administration. The emphasis is on site leadership, coordination and quality, rather than paperwork for paperwork’s sake.
