This role is ideal for a Supervisor looking to take ownership of projects, work with a strong team, and develop into a future Project Manager.
The Role
As Commercial Supervisor, you will be on-site managing the delivery of commercial projects while working closely with Project Managers and subcontractors. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

The Role

- Supervise site activities across commercial projects $5M-$15M
- Lead subcontractors, trades and site personnel to ensure efficient delivery
- Monitor program, budgets and progress against project milestones
- Maintain strong communication with Project Manager, consultants, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
- Support the continuous improvement of site processes and team performance
We are looking for a hands-on, proactive Supervisor with experience in medium-scale commercial projects. You will have:
- Proven supervisory experience on projects $5M-$15M
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A commitment to delivering projects safely, on time and on budget
- Ambition to grow within a structured career pathway toward Project Management
